Однокомнатная квартира около аллеи на Некрасова. Очень уютная, с отдельной спальней и кухней-гостиной. Вместимость 4 человека, кровать большая, диван раскладывается, ширина 160 см, ровный. Имеется всё необходимое для комфортного проживания, заезд после 14:00, выезд до 12:00. Возможно раннее заселение, документы предоставляются. Для вечеринок и шумных мероприятий не подходит.
